Is there an age requirement?

The best thing is that our battles are fun for all ages - kids and adults! While there is no limit or requirement, we do recommend kids be at least 7 years old.

Can we have a battle indoors?

100% yes! As long as you are using a large enough space, we can accommodate indoor and outdoor battles. For indoor parties, we recommend large, open spaces, including gymnasiums, recreation centers, etc. We are happy to provide contact information for potential rental locations in our area if needed.

Can we use our own blasters?

We will provide blasters and ammo based on the number of people in your party. You’re welcome to use your own blasters. Please let us know when you book your party in order to build the appropriate package.

What type of blasters do you provide?

We use a variety of Nerf blasters. Our blasters will vary based on inventory. Nerf blasters typically include a combination of Elite and Mega varieties. Splatterball typically includes Surge XL adjustable blasters.

Do we get to keep our blasters?

We are a rental company only - we provide blasters, bunkers, and other equipment on a rental basis. We do not charge or expect return for ammunition that is lost during gameplay.

How early should I reserve my event?

We recommend making your reservation request as early as possible, at least 2 weeks in advance of your party date.

What are your prices?

Packaging pricing can be found on our home page. A game pro will reach out to gather more information to plan your perfect battle, and we will provide any updates to your quote at that time.

Do I have to pay for my party in advance?

A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to confirm and secure your party date. The remaining balance will be due 48 hours prior to your party in order to continue your reservation.

What is your refund or cancellation policy?

The $100 deposit is non-refundable. Any remaining balance paid in advance is refundable if cancelled more than 48 hours ahead of time. In the event of unexpected circumstances, we will make our best efforts to reschedule your event to another date/time free of charge.

What about bad weather?

Unfortunately, good weather is something that we can’t control or guarantee. In the event of rain or inclement weather, an outdoor party will need to be rescheduled. If this happens, we’re happy to work with you to reschedule your event to another date or move your event to an earlier date/time.

What precautions do you take to protect against COVID-19?

We take safety and health seriously. All equipment is cleaned and sanitized after each party.
